The power supply of the CW magnetron requires a voltage of over 4000 V. Traditional power systems consist of a transformer and voltage multiplier. Transformers have several disadvantages, which include big weight and high starting current. The efficiency of the multiplier depends largely on the quality factor of the oil-filled capacitor. These systems are characterized by a number of operational difficulties and failure frequency. Therefore, high-power switched-mode power supplies have been introduced for use. Most often in the devices and industrial systems, microwave sources with a power of 1 to 2 kW are used. Higher powers of a single magnetron are reserved for highly specialized and scientific devices.

MP-1000  SWITCHED-MODE  POWER  SUPPLY

It is a compact power supply with dimensions 274x173x92 mm and weight of about 1,2 kg. It works with most of the industrial magnetrons with a power up to 1000 W. It is designed to work in industrial devices and systems with multiple microwave sources. br> Technical solutions used in it supervise the start-up and parameters of magnetron operation, extending its life. High efficiency , voltage control, soft start, work without breaks, low failure rate are the features of this power supply.
The MP-1000ZQ power supply also allows to smoothly adjust the magnetron power. The device is powered from 230 VAC single-phase network.

MP-1500  SWITCHED-MODE  POWER  SUPPLY

For industrial magnetrons with a maximum power of 1500 W, the MP-1500 power unit is used. Due to small dimensions of 298x204x92 mm and the weight of about 1,8 kg it is used in industrial devices and systems.
Air-cooled systems ensure stable and continuous operation at full charge. Soft start and control of the voltage supply extend the life of the magnetron.
The MP-1500ZQ power supply also allows to smoothly adjust the magnetron power. The device is powered from 230 VAC single-phase network.
